A West Plains woman charged with two sex-related felonies at a state youth residential center in Cabool will stand trial June 11.
Lorin Trick, 22, is accused of engaging in sexual contact with a boy at the Gentry Residential Treatment Center while she was a state worker with the Missouri Division of Youth Services. Trick, who is no longer a state employee, will have a pre-trial conference May 22 before Circuit Judge John Beger.
A Cabool Police Department investigation in December led to the charges. The inquiry began after a call was placed to a state hotline concerning Trick and a child held at the Gentry Center.
Trick is free on bond.
