Two persons were arrested Tuesday night in Texas County on warrants for failing to register a motor vehicle.
Daniel R. Patterson, 29, of Rolla, faces a misdemeanor warrant from the St. James Police Department, and Kayla L. Patterson, 29, also of Rolla, faces the same charge from Phelps County.
Both were taken to the Texas County Jail.
