A Raymondville man was cited and released on multiple charges Tuesday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Jerry G. Akers, 65, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol in a commercial motor vehicle. He was also cited for having a commercial motor vehicle with an unsafe frame and without a fire extinguisher, inoperable brake lamps and no seat belt.
