The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Michael J. Barnes, 31, of Overland, was wanted on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear on a traffic charge. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Cody L. Jennings, 33, of Summersville, was arrested Thursday and charged with felony driving while suspended and no seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
• Desarae D. Nunnery, 29, of Licking, was charged last Wednesday afternoon in Phelps County with two counts of possession of a controlled substance (Xanax and hydrocodone), possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was taken to the Phelps County Jail and later released.
• Michael A. Nugent, 20, of Eunice, was arrested last Wednesday morning for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, no valid license, no insurance and no seat belt. He also faced a misdemeanor warrant from the Mountain View Police Department. He was taken to the Mountain View Police Department.
