The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• James L. Hatcher, 39, of Edgar Springs, was arrested early Friday morning in Texas County on a felony Phelps County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Anthony J. Jones, 57, of Houston, was arrested last Wednesday evening and charged with felony driving while revoked, no valid plates, no insurance and no seat belt. He was cited and released.
• Matthew J. Ramsey, 31, of Houston, was listed online as being charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia following an Aug. 22 wreck in Raymondville. Those charges were not filed. His charges for the incident were: felony assault in the second degree, driving while revoked/suspended (second or third offense), failure to stop for a stop sign and operating a motor vehicle without maintaining responsibility.
• A Success man, Robert D. Lane, 39, was arrested Monday on a felony probation violation. He also is charged with possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – methamphetamine, no insurance, failed to register motor vehicle and driving while suspended. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Tyson R. Warner, 36, of Success, was arrested Monday morning on two felony Texas County warrants for larceny and forgery as well as a misdemeanor Phelps County warrant for second-degree property damage and City of Houston warrant for failing to appear. He is held without bond in the Texas County Jail.
• Russell A. Sisco, 44, of Licking, was arrested Saturday night for driving while intoxicated (persistent offender) and driving while suspended. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
