The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Cherrie M. Morgan, 43, of Licking, was cited Sunday for driving while intoxicated and speeding. She was released to a sober driver.
• Jeremy R. Volner, 21, of Mountain Grove, was arrested early Saturday on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and no seat belt. He was cited and released.
• Robert D. Bartley, 61, of Licking, was arrested late last Wednesday night on charges of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia – methamphetamine and felony parole violation.
• Michelle M. Moore, 50, of Willow Springs, was arrested last Tuesday morning on a drug paraphernalia warrant from the Willow Springs Police Department. She was taken to the Cabool Police Department.
• Michael D. Ray, 42, of Archie, was arrested on Monday of last week in Texas County on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear in Cass County, driving while revoked/suspended, first offense; and exceeding the speed limit by over 10 mph.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
