The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Neilson N. Neal, 43, of Licking, was arrested Saturday on two felony Texas County warrants, a misdemeanor Dent County warrant and a Licking Police Department warrant. He is held without bond in the Texas County Jail.
• Keiaja A. Smith, 20, Topeka, Kan., was arrested Saturday on a Texas County charge of failing to appear on a having no plates charge, as well as having no valid license plates and no insurance. She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Cody L. Pendergraft, 31, of Birch Tree, was arrested last Wednesday afternoon in Texas County for six misdemeanor Shannon County traffic violation warrants. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Ethan S. Richison, 25, of Mountain View, was arrested last Wednesday afternoon in Texas County for speeding and driving while revoked. He also faces five misdemeanor traffic violation warrants from the Willow Springs Police Department. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
