Going into the third week, 148 children representing 59 families are signed up for assistance through the annual the Share Your Christmas campaign.
Boxes for Toys for Tots are at Orscheln Farm and Home, Landmark Bank in Houston, Dollar General in Houston and Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Houston. The toys benefit children enrolled in the drive.
Angel trees containing lists of items needed for individual cases are at the Houston Walmart Supercenter, Houston Sonic, Simply Posh Day Spa, Forbes Pharmacy and Houston Herald.
Share Your Christmas operates 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday from the basement of the Lions Club Den on North U.S. 63 in Houston. Applications will be taken until Friday (Dec. 7). The telephone number is 417-217-1318.
