Brenda Lee Stapp, 60, was born Aug. 21, 1959, in Houston, Mo., to Paul and Edna Carter Goodman. She passed away Oct. 20, 2019, at Cox South, Springfield.
She attended school in Houston, Mo.
Mrs. Stapp was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ricky Stapp; and a daughter, Shannon Stapp.
Brenda is survived by a son, Michael Allen of Fulton, Mo.; three brothers, Bud Goodman of Houston, Mo., Bobby Goodman of Neosho, Mo., and Jerry Goodman of Springfield, Mo.; and three sisters, Shirley Puckett of Mountain Grove, Kate Smith of Cabool, Mo., and Myrna Allmon of Seymour, Mo.
She enjoyed watching TV and working crossword puzzles. She loved animals of any kind, befriending many dogs and cats.
