Rosalva (Rosie) Haro Lannen, 70, of Mesa, Ariz., passed away on Dec. 2, 2019. She was married to the grandson of H. Marvin Marlow and Ada Marlow (nee Johnson). Ada was the daughter of Frank and Nellie Johnson of Houston, Mo. Rosie was born in Los Angeles, Calif., on April 27, 1949.
She graduated from the Claremont Colleges in 1972 and from UCLA Anderson MBA in 1974 where she met and married the love of her life Larry P. Lannen CPA, who died May 11, 2010.
Rosie worked with three international firms until her retirement in 2008. She was always an advocate for love, fairness and inclusion. Her generosity was unparalleled. She was passionate about various charitable causes but most dedicated to her families’ missionary work in Mexico.
Rosie is survived by son, Keith Lannen (Jana); daughter, Tanya Polder (Jonah); sisters, Frances Walker (Jerry), and Yolanda Webb (Jerrald); brothers, David Haro, and Manuel Haro (Maribel); and grandson, Filip. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eduardo and Virginia Haro; brothers, Eddie and Jesse Haro; and sister, Teresa.

Visitation is 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, at Evans Funeral Home with services beginning at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Father Roy officiating. She will be buried next to her husband at the Union Cemetery outside of Houston, Mo., under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
