The Texas County Commission approved a 2020 budget during its meetings on Jan. 22-23, according to newly released minutes.
The commission held a public hearing on Jan. 22 to gauge input.
In other matters, members:
•Reviewed and approved township contracts with Roubidoux, Morris, Piney, Clinton and Cass.
•Removed penalties from a property tax bill after hearing from owner Chad Bell.
