Marie Pyle,  83, was born Feb. 25, 1936, to Herbert and Opal Dixon Harmon at the family home in the Grandview community, Houston.

She passed away Feb. 17, 2020, at Houston House after a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Pyle was saved at an early age and a member of Ozark Baptist Church.

She retired from H.D. Lee Factory.

She enjoyed gardening, raising flowers and her pets. She loved being at home making quilts and cooking with her husband.

Mrs. Pyle  was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Charles Harmon and Bob Harmon.

She is survived by her husband Franklin Pyle of Houston, Mo.; a son Randy of Winona, Mo.; a stepdaughter Charlotte of Ohio; five grandchildren; three great-grandsons; a sister Sharon Courtney of Raymondville;  and several nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Ozark Cemetery.

A graveside service is 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2020, at Ozark Cemetery with Lynn Gayer Officiating.

Services were under the direction of Evans Funeral Home, Houston.
