Nicole Leya Barthelmes, 42, of Licking, passed away Feb. 27, 2020, at Cox South at Springfield.
She was born June 19, 1977, in Lancaster, N.H., daughter of Antony Burke and Jennifer Jewel.Â
Mrs. Barthelmes is survived by her husband, Douglas; father, Tony; mother, Jennifer; step-daughter, Angela Grace; grandmother, Sally Mason; sister, Toni-Joy; brother, Bejamin; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.Â
The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
