A 14-year-old Houston teenager received moderate injuries Monday night when he was tossed from the cargo box of a utility terrain vehicle.
Sgt. Dale Pounds said a 17-year-old juvenile attempted to make a left turn at Ridge Road and Westview Road east of Houston, lost control and ejected the passenger, who was taken by private vehicle to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
