Members of the Houston City Council voted on items in closed session during its meeting last week.
The council:
•Voted unanimously to approve its annual contract with the Houston Area Chamber of Commerce and have the mayor sign it.
•Unanimously approved to disable all audio on cameras at city hall except the open session meetings.
