A West Plains man faces four charges following his arrest Friday night in Wright County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Arlie O. Brinkley, 52, is charged with felony driving while intoxicated – chronic offender – alcohol, felony driving while revoked, third or subsequent offense; speeding 106 miles per hour in a 65 miles per hour zone and having no insurance.
He is held in the Wright County Jail.
