A woman from Licking was arrested Dec. 20 on two charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Teresa Carter, 62, was charged with misdemeanor DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway involving a motor vehicle accident.
The patrol said she was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released.
