The Houston Police Department handled investigations recently.

The following are excerpts from reports recently generated by the Houston Police Department:

Between Feb. 19 and Feb. 25, the Houston Police Department answered 168 calls for service and initiated 58 traffic stops resulting in 16 citations and 54 warnings.

  • On Feb. 19, Kimberly A. Anderson, 28, of Raymondville, was issued a citation for Operating a Motor Vehicle with an Expired Driver’s License.
  • On Feb. 19, officers initiated a traffic stop on an individual for a traffic violation. The male subject falsely identified himself as another person. Officers later learned of the misrepresentation and forwarded a report to the Texas County Prosecuting Attorney for formal charges.
  • On Feb. 20, Janet McGrath, 42, of Houston, was cited per charge Allowed An Animal To Run At Large.
  • On Feb. 20, officers responded to the 500 block of Broadway Street for a domestic dispute. Officers determined no physical contact had been made between the two parties and they separated for the evening.
  • On Feb. 21, a male juvenile was found to be in possession of a marijuana vape pen. The matter was referred to the Texas County Juvenile Office.
  • On Feb. 22, Corey J. Fitzpatrick, 42, of Raymondville, was issued a citation for Operating a Motor Vehicle with an Expired Driver’s License.
  • On Feb. 23, Danielle C. Heiney, 28, of Houston, was arrested at the Missouri Probation and Parole Office on an active Texas County warrant for Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Device. She was unable to post the $500 cash-only bond and was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail.
  • On Feb. 23, officers responded to U.S. 63, near Subway, for a motor vehicle crash. A 2020 Ford Fusion operated by Gracie I. Tottingham, 19, of Bucyrus, turned from the center turn lane into the path of a 1996 Chevrolet operated by Dylan Caldwell, 21, of Houston. Tottingham was issued a citation for Failure To Yield Right Of Way.
  • On Feb. 24, officers responded to the parking lot of Texas County Memorial Hospital for a private property motor vehicle crash.
