A Mountain Grove man was involved in a one-vehicle accident Sunday evening, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Everrett M. Bishop, 20, was driving his 2004 Honda motorcycle eastbound on Highway N eight miles west of Mountain Grove when he failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the road and was ejected from the vehicle, patrol said.
Bishop was taken by ambulance to Cox South Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries. The vehicle suffered minor damage.
He was wearing a safety device.
