An accident Sunday morning on U.S. 60 injured a motorcyclist, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Trp. Nathan Poynter said a westbound 2004 Honda Shadow Motorcycle operated by Everett M. Bishop, 20, of Mountain Grove ran off the roadway to the left at Norwood and overturned.
Bishop, who was wearing a helmet, was taken by ambulance to Cox South in Springfield with moderate injuries.
The motorcycle had moderate damage.
