  • Commissioners John Casey and Robert Ross attended an Oct. 28 meeting in Licking concerning Shafer Road.

In other business, commissioners heard from:

  • Sharon Tyger, Opportunity Sheltered Industries, concerning American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
