A Texas County accident injured a 17-year-old girl Monday night on U.S. Business 60 east of Mountain Grove, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Cpl. Travis Brown said a westbound 1999 Buick Le Sabre driven by the girl ran off the left side of the highway and struck a fence.
The girl, who was wearing a seat belt, was flown to Cox South in Springfield with moderate injuries.
The vehicle had moderate damage, Brown said.
