An accident at Twin Bridges and Arthur Creek Road is causing traffic to move slowly north of Houston.
The U.S. 63 accident involves a semi-dump truck that is overturned. At 9:50 a.m., traffic was reported backing up to the south to Highway E.
Several first responders are on the scene.
