The National Weather Service says flooding is expected for the Memorial Day weekend.
Texas County is targeted for 3-5 inches, it said.
The National Weather Service said:
•Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms will occur through the holiday weekend.
•Soils are already saturated from recent rains and streamflows are already elevated, leading to concerns about flooding throughout the weekend.
•Exact locations of heavier rainfall bands will be determined by subtle movements of the front.
