A southern Texas County accident Friday afternoon injured one person on Route 17, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Lucas Combs said a southbound 2008 Jeep Wrangler traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned, striking a MoDOT sign.
The 18-year-old driver from Kennett was taken with minor injuries to Mercy Hospital in Mountain View. He was wearing a seat belt. The vehicle was totaled in the accident about six miles north of Mountain View.
