Texas County is under a heat advisory until 10 p.m. Sunday.
The National Weather Service said warm and humid conditions will persist across the area again today. Heat index values of 95 to near 105 will occur this afternoon.
Lows will cool into the 70s this morning as highs warm into the lower 90s this afternoon.
Heat index values in the mid-90s to around 100 degrees are expected across the area each day this coming week.
