A boil water advisory is in effect for a portion of Texas County PWSD #3 due to low water pressure caused by a break in the main line.
Affected areas include:
- Brushy Creek Road
- Foster Road
- Emmett Kelly Road
- Meadowbrook Road
- Ridge Road
- Route 17 (from city limits to Ridge Road)
- Lilly Road
Residents in these areas should boil water for consumption until further notice. The advisory will remain in place until water sample results confirm that no bacterial contamination is present.
