The Missouri State Highway Patrol is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 66-year-old Howell County woman.
Early Friday, the patrol said Atsuko Saito Clare is white, 5’ 2”, 88 pounds, with black/gray hair, brown eyes, wearing possibly a purple and white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and short brown boots. She went missing from Peace Valley at about 7 a.m. Thursday, it said.
Authorities said she left her residence on foot. She suffers from diabetes and is without medication. She also has an infection causing undiagnosed dementia-type symptoms, it said.
