Showers and thunderstorms are likely on Saturday, the National Weather Service said. There is a slight risk for severe storms along and south of I-44.
âž” The afternoon hours are the most likely time for severe storms, though isolated strong to severe thunderstorms may occur during the morning hours as well.
âž” Large hail, damaging winds and brief tornadoes are all potential hazards with the strongest storms, it said.
âž” Localized flooding could occur if storms move over the same areas repeatedly.
