Several residents of the Houston area gathered downtown Friday night to celebrate a Halloween event hosted by Mean Muggin Coffee Bar.

The “Houston Halloweentown” event ran from 6 to 7:30 p.m, with activities on Main Street, Pine Street, First Street and Lone Star Plaza at Grand Avenue and Pine Street.
