The Cabool Police Department conducted nine traffic stops that resulted in four summonses issued during the Dec. 1 to 7 reporting period.

On Dec. 6, officers responded to Highland Street for a report of a runaway juvenile. Upon arrival, officers determined that a 13-year old juvenile was missing. Officers located the juvenile quickly and the matter was turned over to juvenile authorities.

In total, police handled three animal complaints, assisted other agencies six times, one civil matter, two juvenile matters, a peace disturbance, gave a private escort and assisted the public twice.
