Attempts to interview the 20-year-old woman who was the alleged victim were unsuccessful, as she declined to cooperate with law enforcement or pursue charges.

The vehicle (of unreported make and model) was found completely burned next to a partially burned and abandoned house. It was determined to belong to a 33-year-old Houston man who was located nearby.

The man reportedly told the officer he was experiencing a mental health crisis, and multiple knives and live ammunition were found on his person.
