Update: The boy was found safe Saturday, July 11, authorities announced.
The Texas County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a 17-year-old boy who walked away Friday from a Boiling Springs Road residence southwest of Licking.
Samuel Kepner is described as 6’1”, weighing about 100 pounds. Authorities said he was last wearing a red shirt, black pants and a backpack. He has a bump on his forehead.
The Texas County Emergency Response Team assisted in the search.

It is the second time the boy has been the subject of a search this week, authorities said.
Hope they supplied him with a sandwich. Seems underfed. 6’1″ and 100 lbs.?
