A Willow Springs man was arrested Thursday on one charge, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Michael E. Scranlin, 47, was arrested on a felony domestic assault – third degree charge, according to patrol.
Scranlin was taken to the Howell County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
