A celebration is being held to honor the retiring Houston Elementary School principal.
LeAnn Edington announced her retirement after serving 31 years in the district — 18 in the classroom and 13 as principal. She will be recognized from 4-6 p.m. Friday, May 7, inside the elementary gymnasium.
A short program, including refreshments, will be held.
