A Cabool man was charged Tuesday morning with driving while intoxicated.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Andy L. McClure, 52, was also cited with failure to register a motor vehicle during the 11:34 a.m. stop. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 12-hour hold.
