A Licking woman was charged Thursday night with misdemeanor tampering with a vehicle.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Jennifer M. Parker, 24, was taken to the Texas County Jail following the 11:08 p.m. arrest on the second-degree charge. She was later released.
